By submitting the form below, the ZOLA system identified above has been transferred from the previous owner/customer to you as the new owner/customer. You as the new owner hereby acknowledge that at your own expense, defend and indemnify ZOLA and its distributor/technical partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, suits, fees etc. brought by any third party resulting from or relating to the transfer of ownership of the ZOLA system. By this transfer, you have received the previous owner/customer warranty transferred to you as continuation coverage only.
