ZOLA Electric grants you the right to have your data deleted and purged from our systems. You may use this form to request the expungement of your personal data. However, be advised that certain exceptions may preclude the fulfillment of your request, as outlined below.

Your request for data deletion will be honored under the following circumstances:

The personal data is no longer required for the purpose for which it was originally collected or processed by ZOLA Intelligence.
You have withdrawn your consent for the continued processing of your data, and no other legal basis exists for ZOLA Intelligence to continue processing said data.
You object to the processing, in which case ZOLA Intelligence will determine whether an overriding legitimate interest exists to continue processing.
The personal data has been unlawfully processed.
The personal data must be deleted to comply with a legal obligation.
